Collection: Viking Swords

Viking Swords

At Drakka, our designs are influenced by historic medieval fashions. Viking swords were among the most effective offensive weapons a Viking warrior could possess. Viking swords were typically designed for wielding with one hand, while the other hand held a shield, optimizing combat efficacy. A sword was frequently a symbol of wealth and power, in addition to being a weapon.

Excellent costume Viking sword perfect for theatrical performances, Halloween parties, costume plays, and more. The sword is ideal for Renaissance festivals, backyard brawls, LARP events, and historical reenactments.

The Carolingian sword is a synonym for the Viking blade. Between the eighth and eleventh centuries, it was created. The average Viking sword measured approximately 90 centimeters in length. Typically, craftsmen either produced Viking swords locally or imported them from the Frankish Empire. They were featuring two edges and occasionally embellished with pattern welding, and characterized by brown grip and hilt with a distinctive blade. Complementing the sword's striking appearance, the hilt features precious gems. Meanwhile, skilled craftsmen polish the blade to a mirror finish, decorating it with etched runes that translate to "sword of kings."

Handcrafted Viking Axes with Traditional Techniques Dazzled with Viking Runes

During Ragnar Lothbrok's reign, the reigning Viking king held the Sword of Kings. Unknown in age and origin, the sword is a prized Viking symbol of power. Drakka craft this Viking sword with a precious gem-adorned hilt and a mirror-polished blade. Notably, the runes etched on the blade translate to "victory," adding to the weapon's allure and unique character, bearing the title "a weapon of the gods." Ragnar, wielding the coveted Sword of Kings, is now the great leader and champion of the Vikings, wielding the Sword of Kings.

We embellish this full-sized Viking axe with mirror-polished stainless steel that features Viking runes, making it a stunning and authentic weapon for any man. It boasts dimensions of 38.5"L x 5.8"W x 1.4" and features a pommel and guard crafted from zinc and embellished with imitation yellow, orange, ruby, and pearl/white gems. Additionally, the set comes with a wood plaque bearing Viking artwork, and the authenticity certificate lists the return address and colored sleeve number.
